Benefits and Compensation Pay Range (Base Pay): $135,000 - $176,000 based on years of experience as licensed NNP. Other Types of Pay: Bonus potential Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis. Team Members are eligible to begin participating in the ESPP if they have been employed by Pediatrix for two consecutive months prior to the start of each calendar quarterly offering period and are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for five consecutive months during the year.
