Posted Job Title Clinical Receptionist, Patient Financial Services, Penn Dental Medicine Job Profile Title Receptionist, Clinical Job Description Summary Clinical Receptionists are responsible for providing superior patient-focused experiences in scheduling appointments, resolving patient needs or concerns, and creating/updating patient accounts. Job Description Penn Dental Medicine has an ongoing need for Clinical Receptionists across many different departments. This posting describes the basic responsibilities and requirements for a Clinical Receptionist role. The ideal candidate for a CLINICAL RECEPTIONIST with Penn Dental Medicine's clinical departments will provide superior patient-focused experiences supporting the delivery of high-quality care. PATIENT EXPERIENCE PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES: PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES A High School Diploma or GED and 1 year to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience with windows based software required. Axium dental software experience preferred. One to Two years' experience in professional office setting required. Knowledge of dental terminology and dental procedures preferred. Excellent customer service skills required. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Working Conditions Office, library, computer room Physical Effort Typically sitting at a desk or table Job Location - City, State ,Receptionist, Clinical Department / School School of Dental Medicine Pay Range Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges based on external market data for the job's level.
