Title: Director of Finance/HR Report: Head of School Oldfields School welcomes the opportunity to serve girls with promise in grades 8 through 12 on a bucolic campus which is located in northern Baltimore County, Maryland just 35 minutes from Baltimore, 1 ½ hours from Washington, D.C., and 2 hours from Philadelphia. The Director of Finance/HR professional responsible for the management and oversight of all day-to-day finance, accounting, cash flow, and financial reporting activities. Furthermore, the Director of Finance/HR professional will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs.
