Lab Supervisor I

GREAT OPPORTUNITY!!!

BJH is hiring a leader for their Lab! Phlebotomy, training and process improvement experience is preferred. This position is with a great team that allows experience with multiple areas of lab and professional leadership development.

• Phlebotomy experience is highly preferred
• Leadership expereince is a plus
• DAYS (Some Flexibilty for start time)
• NO WEEKENDS, NO HOLIDAYS
• 25 direct reports
• Light travel to another facility not far from location (once a month)

Role Purpose

Responsible for managing daily operations (equipment, workflow, service levels, procedures) and staff (first level supervision, scheduling, coaching, staff development, etc) within regulatory requirements.
