Classification: Research Planning Evaluation Director Unlimited, Full-time 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday – Friday) *A flexible work schedule may be approved with up to two days remote work per week (if applicable) Salary Range: Hourly from $40.46 to $58.20; Annually from $84,063 to $121,522 *Salary placement is dependent on education and experience

THE POSITION AND THE DEPARTMENT The Director of Institutional Research provides leadership in managing college data and performs all essential functions related to the identification, collection, interpretation, and communication of institutional data for planning, evaluation, and decision-making purposes. This position works collaboratively with college constituents to prioritize research agendas; design and manage datasets and research projects; to provide consultative guidance and oversight on assessment processes and survey instruments; to support data informed decision-making collegewide; and to ensure access to and integrity of college data.
The Director implements operational strategy and provides daily oversight for the college’s research department and effectively sustains a data-informed organizational culture in furtherment of the institution’s strategic goals including achievement of racial equity in educational outcomes. This position also serves on the college’s Administrative Council.
This position will actively advance the college’s strategic goals, including to achieve equity in educational outcomes and to support a culturally responsive and service-oriented culture, through individual and departmental efforts.
