Reporting to the Associate Director of Recruitment in the Undergraduate Admissions office, this position will serve as a key ambassador for Baruch College, representing our undergraduate programs to prospective students, families, and school counselors. You will manage recruitment and relationships for a designated territory, supporting both first year and transfer admissions, will involve in-person and virtual recruitment, as well as some projects across the division in support of the enrollment goals of Baruch College. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is passionate about expanding access to higher education. This job requires off-campus travel, and some evening and weekend work is required. Responsibilities:

Job Title Name: Admissions Coordinator CUNY TITLE Assistant to HEO FLSA Non-exempt COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS $57,517 - $62,689; Salary commensurate with education and experience CUNY is in the process of implementing salary schedule increases. Once implemented, salaries of eligible employees will be adjusted by 6.09% with additional increases of 3.25% effective 9/1/2025 and 3.5% effective 9/1/26, in accordance with the terms of the PSC-CUNY collective bargaining agreement.
