Available Title(s): 1123-NN_ADMINPRO - Assistant To Business Title: Executive Assistant to the WSU Everett Chancellor Employee Type: Admin. Professional Position Details: The Opportunity: As the Executive Assistant to the Chancellor for Washington State University Everett, you will serve as the confidential assistant to the Chancellor. You will act on behalf of the Chancellor as directed, and serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external constituencies. You will independently coordinate, oversee, and perform a wide variety of administrative support activities on behalf of the Chancellor. In this role, you will be responsible for: directing, administering, and coordinating internal operational activities in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives as they are established by the Chancellor and the University; participating as part of the Chancellor's Senior Staff (Associate Vice Chancellors, Directors, etc.); and providing input on policy and procedural matters. Additional Information: This is a full time (100%), permanent position. This position is overtime-exempt. Monthly Salary: $6,756.29 - $8,175.11 | Commensurate with experience and qualifications In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.
