![]() Assistant Track & Field Coach (Recruiting and Multi-Event Focus) Primary Purpose: The University of the Pacific is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Track & Field Coach with a proven track record in recruiting and developing student-athletes across multiple disciplines, with a primary focus on jumps, multi-events, and pole vault. This individual will play a pivotal role in recruiting both domestically and internationally and in elevating our competitive success in the West Coast Conference. Essential Functions:

Occasional climbing stairs, bending, stooping and reaching. Requires lengthy durations of time spent outdoors. Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. Work Environment/Work Week/Travel: Work is performed in a standard office environment and athletic venues during standard business hours, as well as during non-regular office hours to fulfill business needs. Occasional travel required for competition and recruiting. Valid driver's license required. Incumbent must also be able to meet the University's fleet rules and be eligible to drive for University business.
