Reporting to the Enrollment Systems Manager, the Enrollment and Curriculum Support Specialist, in addition to the CUNY Title Overview, will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties: ? Supports the operation and maintenance of the School?s early alert (EAB Navigate), degree audit (DegreeWorks), and admissions application (SLATE) platforms. ? Maintains data integrity, accuracy and workflow processes including student apps and in-system surveys across software platforms. ? Compiles, cleans, and validates data across software platforms to provide relevant, timely, and accurate information. ? Reviews and enters curricular requirements in DegreeWorks for all active catalog years and updates them in accordance with approved curricular changes. ? Creates reports for course scheduling and academic progress; fulfills various ad hoc and outreach data requests from program and division colleagues. ? Troubleshoots and addresses technical and user issues. ? Collaborates with end users to gain feedback on system utilization and implements improvements. ? Provides training for faculty, staff and advisors, with a focus on optimally leveraging the system platforms. ? Represents CUNY SPS at relevant CUNY Central meetings. ? Perform other tasks as assigned. NOTE: ? Until further notice, work will be performed in a hybrid manner with 70% onsite presence. ? Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree and four years' relevant experience required. Preferred Qualifications: ?Demonstrated knowledge of the enrollment cycle and related processes in higher education. ?Proficiency in PeopleSoft Oracle based systems such as CUNYFirst. ?Experience with EAB Navigate, Degree Works, and SLATE software. ?Experience in DegreeWorks scribing. ?Strong communication skills with extreme attention to detail. ?A high level of organization and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Job Title Name: IT Academic Technology Specialist CUNY TITLE Higher Education Assistant FLSA Exempt COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Salary commensurate with education and experience, between $68,004 - $72,667. CUNY is in the process of implementing salary schedule increases. Once implemented, salaries of eligible employees will be adjusted by 6.09% with additional increases of 3.25% effective 9/1/2025 and 3.5% effective 9/1/26, in accordance with the terms of the PSC-CUNY collective bargaining agreement.
