| Private Vascular Surgery Practice in Kentucky with large patient referral base and no competition within 1.5 hour drive is seeking a new BE/BC Vascular Surgeon to join its thriving practice. This new surgeon will have the opportunity to join 2 tenured Vascular Surgeons who has built a thriving practice; the surgeon will initially work symbiotically with the existing surgeon but will be able to quickly grow their own patient base in a nearby region where the group is building a new surgery center. Opportunity: * Growing group of 2 Vascular Surgeons and 2 NPs with additional support staff * 100% Vascular Surgery Procedures * 90-95% Outpatient work primarily in a surgery center setting * Low call obligations and NO WEEKEND CALL * No competition within 1.5 hours of the practice * No red-tape from hospital administration * Autonomy over Schedule * 75th Percentile MGMA Base Salary plus Productivity Component + Sign On + Relocation Package * Proven Income Potential over $1,000,000 * High Level Business Management with Outsourced Billing and Coding, Accounting, and Legal This unique, highly lucrative opportunity is for the right candidate who has humility, a hardworking, can-do attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit to quickly expand the business into a territory with loads of untapped opportunity.
