Another extension of Pratt's campus is the Research Yard, a 20,000-square-foot facility that brings together the research activities of Pratt Institute under one roof in the Brooklyn Navy Yard (BNY). Description Reporting to the Director of International Affairs, the Senior Associate Director, OIA Operations is responsible for leading the operations management of our high-volume fast-paced international student/scholar services office. The portfolio of responsibility includes supervision of two associate directors who each manage respective systems and support wings of service, as well as having primary oversight of our communications, assessment, and budget. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to multi-task in dealing with frequent time-sensitive situations, high-stress client circumstances, and unexpected scenarios. The Senior Associate Director will have extensive contact with international students, scholars, and family clients, including prospective, current, and alumni. In addition, they will have frequent contact with governmental agencies such as ICE/HSI/SEVP, CBP, USCIS, Department of State, Social Security Administration, and Internal Revenue Service, as well as external non-profit stakeholders. Qualifications Education: Master's degree in related field required. Experience: Six or more years of full-time experience in international student and scholar services, including at least four years supervisory/ staff management experience. Skills:
