What will I do in this role?

In this role, you?ll lead all aspects of daily operations, steer long-term planning, and promote continuous improvement. You?ll collaborate with internal and external collaborators to guarantee the program?s success, sustainability, and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and daily operations of a recognized organizational program.
• Develop and implement program strategies, governance structures, workflows, and performance standards.
• Work together with cross-functional teams and collaborators to align program goals and ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and operational efficiency; provide recommendations and implement solutions.
• Analyze program data and trends to evaluate performance, inform decision-making, and support continuous improvement.
• Manage program-related communications, training, and onboarding to ensure clarity and consistency across teams.
• Coordinate or contribute to program budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining program integrity and accountability.
• May supervise staff or lead project teams to support program objectives.

Education

• Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: Bachelor?s degree in Healthcare, Business, Management, or a related field

Experience

• Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related field
• Preferred: Experience in a healthcare or organizational setting with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives
