About Our Practice At Smile Castle, we proudly serve a diverse patient population, including many families of active-duty military, federal employees, and government contractors. Approximately one-third of our patients are covered by Maryland Healthy Smiles (Medicaid), allowing us to provide essential care to children who need it most. We focus on comprehensive, prevention-based, minimally invasive pediatric dentistry—treating not just the tooth, but the child as a whole.
