PGY1 Pharmacy Residency (Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital)

The purpose of this PGY1 residency program is to build on Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) education and outcomes to contribute to the development of clinical pharmacists responsible for medication-related care of patients with a wide range of conditions, eligible for board certification, and eligible for postgraduate year two (PGY2) pharmacy residency training.

Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital (FMFH) is a 202-bed community hospital located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. It was founded in 1964 by the citizens of Menomonee Falls and surrounding communities. It is a full-service hospital that specializes in cancer care, heart and vascular care, orthopedics, women’s health, and advanced surgical procedures. Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital is part of the Froedtert & MCW health care network, which also includes Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, Froedtert West Bend Hospital, Froedtert Kenosha Hospital, Froedtert Pleasant Prairie Hospital, Moorland Reserve Emergency Department and more than 25 primary and specialty care health centers and clinics.
