| Job Summary and Scope of Responsibility:The Executive Assistant serves as a key partner to the Head of School, ensuring the seamless functioning of the office while supporting school-wide strategic priorities. Acting as the first point of contact for the Head of School, this individual must be approachable, professional, and discreet, handling sensitive matters with the utmost confidentiality and respect. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage relationships across all levels of the school community and beyond. Compensation: Bernard Zell offers competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and a supportive workplace culture. The salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000.
