UC Clermont, situated in a beautiful, wooded area, is the newer of two University branch campuses in and around the University?s uptown campus. The college offers a variety of transfer programs, certificates, associate degrees, and a baccalaureate degree. Job OverviewThe University of Cincinnati (UC) Clermont College?s Social Sciences Department invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor of Psychology position to begin August 15, 2026. The Clermont Psychology program offers a range of courses for majors and non-majors and a two-year Associate of Arts in Psychology or Neuroscience with the ability to transfer to a four-year Psychology program on UC?s uptown campus.
An Assistant Professor at the University of Cincinnati is expected to teach, conduct research, engage in scholarly and other professional or creative activities. This position will support the University of Cincinnati?s mission and commitment to excellence and intellectual diversity in our students, faculty, staff, and all our activities. Additional Qualifications ConsideredPreference will be given to candidates with two (2) or more years of college teaching experience at open-access institutions, some research experience, and the ability to teach the courses listed above, with priority given to Research Methods and Statistics. Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate skill and commitment to high quality college instruction with a student-centered approach.
