| Eastern Dermatology & Pathology – Greenville, NC Eastern Dermatology & Pathology (EDP) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Administrator to lead and manage our growing multi-site dermatology and pathology practice. For more than 50 years, Eastern Dermatology has been a trusted provider of comprehensive dermatology services across eastern North Carolina. With a reputation for clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and physician leadership, we are entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation. We are looking for a collaborative, forward-thinking administrator to help guide us into the future. Position Overview The Practice Administrator will serve as the senior administrative leader of the practice, responsible for day-to-day operations, financial performance, strategic planning, and staff leadership. This individual will partner closely with physician leaders to ensure high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities · Provide overall leadership, management, and strategic direction for a multi-site physician practice. · Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue cycle management. · Lead HR functions, including recruitment, development, and retention of staff. · Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and accreditation requirements. · Support physicians and staff in delivering outstanding patient care. · Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, patient satisfaction, and organizational culture. · Represent the practice to external stakeholders, partners, and vendors. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred. · 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in physician practice management or healthcare operations. · Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, contracting, and revenue cycle management. · Demonstrated success in staff leadership, team building, and organizational development. · Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices. · Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
