Therefore, we aim for excellence and dignity in our hires. Maryvale Preparatory School is seeking a Director of Finance and Operations to begin employment June 1, 2026 or sooner. This position is an exempt, full time, 12-month position. This position will report directly to the President.
Professional Competencies The Director of Finance and Operations is an integral member of the Leadership Team and understands and demonstrates commitment to the mission and vision of Maryvale Preparatory School. This position oversees essential aspects of school operations, including but not limited to comprehensive financial management and forecasting, accounting functions, auxiliary revenue, investments, human resources and campus facilities. The Director of Finance and Operations has direct oversight of Business Office personnel and major vendors. Personnel managed includes Director of Plant Engineering, Director of Human Resources, Director of Technology, Controller, Accounting Manager, School Store Manager, and the Dining services (outsourced).
