Member Relations Coordinator

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in energy management, environmental science, business, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, validation, and reporting—especially related to energy savings and program performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, charts, and formulas)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience working with electric cooperatives or public power utilities.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency measures, cost-effectiveness testing, and utility program evaluation.
• Understanding of cooperative principles and PNGC Power’s mission to deliver reliable, affordable, and sustainable energy.
• Familiarity with BPA energy efficiency programs, reporting tools (such as IS2.0), and regional energy efficiency policies.
• Experience in energy efficiency program coordination, utility services, or data reporting.
