| Job Title Lead EngineerJob Description Summary The Lead Engineer is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems across assigned properties. This role supports the Lead Engineer in planning, implementing, and supervising engineering programs, including preventive and corrective maintenance, energy management, and staff development. In buildings without an on-site Chief Engineer, the Lead Engineer may serve as the lead engineer and oversee maintenance personnel, depending on the property's size and complexity.The position requires hands-on operational duties, including rounds, assessments, and repairs, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The Lead Engineer is expected to uphold the highest ethical standards and deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with company values, policies, and client expectations.
