• Prepare and submit accurate, timely financial statements and reports
• Ensure precise accounting of all funds—received and disbursed
• Safeguard the financial integrity of the department while maintaining full compliance with all accounting and financial reporting standards
• Lead and mentor a talented team of professionals, helping them grow while delivering exceptional results
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the department goals and objectives to provide services and sustain operations
• Oversee preparation, management and tracking of budgets across facilities and programs
