Chief Financial Officer

Lead with financial excellence as the new Chief Financial Officer for Hoskinson Health and Wellness Clinic, an innovative and growing organization, in Gillette, Wyoming! 

The Position

• The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the executive Finance team and will be responsible for the oversight and management of all accounting operations throughout Hoskinson Health and Wellness Clinic. 
• Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the CFO will strive to maintain engagement in all financial operations areas in addition to coordinating with medical, nursing, and other departments to ensure appropriate management of accounting processes to maximize the financial performance of the organization.
• This leader is the primary advisor and strategic partner to the health system’s executive team as they work to create and achieve financial goals. 
• The CFO will coordinate all aspects of the interim and annual external audit; build and maintain company financial policies and controls; prepare financial statements and narratives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; develop high-functioning teams; and lead five-year planning efforts for operational and capital budgets.
• Utilize data-informed decision-making processes, as well as keep abreast of all relevant business issues, market trends, and significant risks. 
• Seeking a results-oriented and hands-on leader to ensure the hospital is prepared for future changes in healthcare trends and technology. The executive will bring knowledge, loyalty, and a strong, positive leadership background with proven critical care success to the role. 

Requirements

• Master’s degree is required. 
• A minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience within a healthcare environment is required. 
• Strong Physician Practice experience is required.
