JOB DESCRIPTION

Moore & Van Allen PLLC is seeking an attorney (associate, counsel, or junior partner) to join our growing litigation funding practice, which has an emphasis on patent litigation funding. This role is designed for an attorney with experience advising litigation funders, investment firms, and other stakeholders involved in the financing of legal claims. The practice is focused on patent litigation finance, including single-case funding, portfolio-level transactions, and law firm capital arrangements.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience in guiding clients through the structuring and negotiation of litigation funding agreements. This includes assessing enforceability, risk exposure, and recovery strategies. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with private equity groups, investment firms, and corporate stakeholders, providing strategic counsel on litigation funding matters.
