Estimator/Project Manager - Residential Glass

Position Summary

We’re seeking a motivated Estimator / Project Manager to join our team and oversee projects from takeoff to completion. This role blends technical estimating skills with customer service and project coordination, ideal for someone who thrives on variety and responsibility.

You’ll work directly with homeowners, contractors, and our installation team to ensure every project is quoted accurately, scheduled efficiently, and executed to Top Pro Glass standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate material and labor estimates for shower doors, mirrors, and residential glass projects.

• Perform takeoffs from drawings, site measurements, and customer specifications.

• Collaborate with clients to understand design requirements and provide recommendations.

• Source glass, hardware, and materials; obtain supplier quotes and manage orders.

• Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and work orders.

• Coordinate with installation crews to ensure quality and timeline adherence.

• Maintain communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Track change orders, materials usage, and project closeouts.
