Energy Solutions Manager
New Hampshire Electric Cooperative
| Position Summary: Reporting to the VP of Member Engagement, the Energy Solutions Manager is responsible for managing the Co-op’s energy efficiency programs as well as related social and environmental initiatives. The Manager will collaborate with key NHEC stakeholders to develop, direct, and oversee monitoring, evaluation, and regulatory compliance of energy efficiency programs, ensuring the Co-op meets current and future requirements. In addition, the Manager will partner with internal subject matter experts to investigate, develop, and recommend programs, initiatives, and measurable goals that align with evolving energy policy, while also serving as the people leader of the Energy Solutions team. The Manager will also partner with the Energy Solutions Executive on all regulatory and reporting activities. Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

Working Conditions: Normal office conditions, occasional overtime may be required. Positions eligible for a hybrid work schedule will be dependent upon management approval & workload, however on-site office work in the Plymouth, NH area will be required.?? Will be required to work long hours on occasions, especially during major system outages. Limited travel required in the performance of work responsibilities and representing NHEC at various professional and association meetings. ADA physical and environmental factors.

Compensation: NHEC views compensation in a holistic and transparent manner. The targeted salary range for this position is $136,733.22-156,214.23 with anticipated pay for new hires between the entry and midpoint of this range and could vary above or below the listed range. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of NHEC's total compensation package for employees.
