Director, Physician Practice Management

A hospital-owned healthcare organization affiliated with St. Joseph’s Medical Center in New York is seeking a Director of Physician Practice Managment to lead operations for a rapidly growing multi-specialty outpatient practice spanning 12+ locations. • Leading daily operations across multiple specialty practices and locations
• Managing site leadership, staffing models, workflows, and provider scheduling

• Overseeing budgets, KPIs, and compliance with healthcare regulations
• Partnering with executive and clinical leaders to support strategic growth
