Location: Oakville, Ontario (on-site)
Type: Full-time contract (November 2025 to March 2026)
Salary Range: $55,000 - $58,000 annually

HOW YOU WILL THRIVE:

As the Admissions Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of the Admissions team and prospective families as they progress through the School’s admissions process.

HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED:

• Serve as a primary contact for registration, re-registration, and general inquiries, responding directly or routing to appropriate staff for follow-up
• Follow up promptly on all day and boarding inquiries and ensure accurate tracking and reporting in Blackbaud
• Run data queries and produce regular and ad hoc Excel reports on enrollment statistics, attrition lists, agency contacts, Shadow Visits, and Open Houses
• Ensure efficient and full utilization of our Student Information System (Blackbaud) to track admissions documents and outreach to prospective families
• Collaborate with the IT department to support online application processing and maintain admissions checklists and documentation tracking
• Coordinate all aspects of the Student Ambassador/Campus Visit Program, including recruitment, mentoring, training, scheduling tours, writing report card comments, and tracking service hours
• Organize and coordinate logistics for local and international admissions events such as Open Houses, Orientation, Homecoming, alumni receptions, and Shadow Days
• Prepare all official correspondence including decision letters, visa letters, and Letters of Acceptance with accuracy and professionalism
• Schedule interviews, tours, and shadow visits, coordinating with student ambassadors and staff to ensure a seamless experience for families
• Manage admissions-related social media accounts and create original, audience-focused content to strengthen online engagement and visibility
  
  

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Exceptional data entry accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Courteous, polished, and professional manners when interacting with students, families, and visitors
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience working with databases or student information systems is an asse
• Relevant administrative or admissions experience is considered an asset
