Full-Time Learning Support Teacher (Reading & Math Lower Grades)

| Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Teacher to provide small group reading support for students in grades 2–5 and math support for students in grades 3–5. The ideal candidate will have experience in reading and math instruction, an understanding of differentiated instruction, and a commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment. In this role, the teacher will play a key part in strengthening students’ early literacy skills, with a focus on phonics instruction and foundational reading strategies in the lower grades. They will also support the development of foundational math skills, design and implement targeted math interventions, and monitor student progress to ensure growth over time. The Learning Support Teacher will collaborate with classroom teachers and families to identify student needs, provide individualized instruction, and track outcomes to support each learner’s academic journey. Key Responsibilities:
Accountability (supported by and reports to): The Learning Support Teacher reports to and receives support from the Director of Student Support Services and the Faculty Administrator.
