(ASI) at CSUF is searching for a visionary and dynamic leader to be the inaugural ASI Wellness Director. This isn't just a job; it's a foundational opportunity to permanently shift the culture of well-being for over 40,000 students and the entire campus community. This position is at the heart of the ASI Student Wellness Initiative and will play a critical role in the design and management of a future, state-of-the-art wellness facility.
The Opportunity: Pioneer the Future of Wellness You will be the first-ever ASI leader responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive, holistic wellness program. Your mission is to create a culture of well-being encompassing the 8 Dimensions of Wellness (physical, emotional, social, spiritual, environmental, intellectual, financial, and occupational) with a primary focus on student needs. This is a unique chance to co-create programs directly with students through extensive outreach, ensuring every initiative is relevant, impactful, and truly meets their needs.
