| McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston, a leading academic health center, invites applications for a full-time, non-tenured faculty position in Pediatric Oncology at the Assistant or Associate Professor level in the Department of Pediatrics. The selected candidate will contribute to the department’s mission to educate health science professionals, discover and translate advances in the biomedical and social sciences, and model the best practices in clinical care and public health, focusing on expanding the Department’s program in Pediatric Oncology. McGovern Medical School is located in the Texas Medical Center (TMC), Houston, Texas. The primary clinical site for the oncology program is the Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital (CMHH), a 332-bed Children’s and Women’s quaternary care facility with a Level I Pediatric Trauma and Surgery Center and Level IV Maternal and Neonatal Intensive Care designation. Both the CMHH and TMC offer an unparalleled clinical and academic environment for the care of the children of Greater Houston, one of the fastest-growing cities in the nation.

Preferred candidates will possess at least 2-5 years of clinical experience or post-residency work, as well as experience conducting clinical trials.
