We’re excited to share this opportunity on our newly renovated, state-of-the-art adult Advanced Acute Care Medical (BP2) -designed to deliver compassionate, culturally sensitive, and clinically excellent care to a diverse adult patient population. This modern 20-bed unit features private rooms equipped with the latest technology to support both exceptional patient care and staff efficiency. You’ll be supported by a visible and engaged leadership team, including our Operations Manager, Clinical Team Coordinator, and Nurse Educator, who are committed to your growth and success. Job DutiesThe BP2 unit is within our ACE Nursing Model of Care (Achieving Collaborative Excellence) and will utilize more Patient Care Technician staff to take responsibility for and perform the duties that do not require a nursing license. This new model of care will allow Patient Care Technicians more opportunity for career advancement, autonomy in their role, and greater involvement in the delivery of patient care. Job Description: May perform a wide variety of advanced patient care duties under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and maintains the patient care and unit environment consistent with the policies, procedures, and practices. Meets the qualifications to provide care for patients in the specific age range on their assigned clinical area.

Position DetailsBP2 Advanced Acute Care Medical Schedule: Three 12-hour Day (7:00am - 7:30pm) shifts including every other weekend and holiday. Required Orientation: At the start of employment, a two-week classroom orientation is required with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm. No experience needed. Comprehensive on the job training provided.
