| Augusta University, a distinguished public research institution and academic medical center located in Augusta, Georgia, invites applications for a collaborative, student-focused, and experienced admissions professional to serve as its next Director of Undergraduate Admissions. Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management, Dr. Amy Smith, the Director will lead the Office of Undergraduate Admissions with strategic vision and a commitment to student success. This role demands strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, technological fluency, and a deep dedication to educational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a strong admissions leader and effective manager who fosters meaningful relationships across campus and beyond, always with a student-centered approach. The Director will lead recruitment efforts aligned with Augusta University’s strategic plan, working in partnership with campus stakeholders to attract and enroll a diverse and academically talented undergraduate student body—including first-year, dual-enrolled, transfer, international, non-degree, and returning students.
