Opportunity InformationSutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) Executive Director to lead and oversee the integration, performance, and development of our APC teams across various specialties, including, but not limited to, Women's Health, Primary Care, Medical Specialties and Surgical Specialties. This leadership role will collaborate closely with physician leaders and administrators across the care continuum (ambulatory and acute care) to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and operational excellence. This role reports directly to the Sutter West Bay Medical Group Chief Executive Officer. This role requires a high degree of activation energy and adaptability, functioning in a dynamic, start-up-like environment where building structure, process, and culture will be central to success.

Medical Group DetailsSutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is a premier multi-specialty medical group made up of over 200 physicians practicing in the greater San Francisco service area. SWBMG works in partnership with Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation (SPMF), a non-profit organization providing care through its affiliation with SWBMG. Physicians work as a team to provide patient-focused care that encourages a sense of teamwork. SPMF provides physicians with an administrative infrastructure, allowing physicians to focus on patient care.
