Clay County Memorial Hospital (CCMH) in Henrietta Texas is seeking an experienced leader for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve their organization. The candidate should be an assertive strategic thinker who exhibits high moral integrity, superior communication skills, plus strong and innovative financial skills. Primary responsibilities of the CFO will entail leading all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and revenue cycle management. Collaboration with the CEO and Board of Directors on strategic planning and growth initiatives is imperative, along with  cost control, and financial risk mitigation. In addition, experience with CPSI’s Electronic Health Record System is preferred.

Clay County Memorial Hospital is a county-owned Critical Access Hospital (CAH) providing healthcare for a variety of medical needs that cover primary care to emergency and urgent care services. Also, there is a Wellness Center, Pain Management Program, General Surgery, Home Health, Senior Life Solutions (an outpatient mental health program for senior adults), Rehabilitation Services, and Emergency Medical Services. CCMH has a wide range of 24-hour inpatient and outpatient programs with all the ancillary services typically found at other institutions. The facility has been in continuous operation for 76 years.

Henriette is the county seat of Clay County and is approximately Twenty (20) miles southeast of Wichita Falls and ninety (90) miles northwest of Fort Worth, Texas. The population of Henriette is 3,106 with the County’s population being 10,263. Clay County was named in honor of Henry Clay, famous American Statesman, Kentucky Senator and United States Secretary of State. The Stars Fell on Henrietta, produced by Clint Eastwood and David Valdez, and starring Robert Duvall, Brian Dennehy and Billy Bob Thornton, depicts the Texas oil rush of the 1930s and is set in Henrietta.
