RCS-Operational Performance Expert

Overview

M-F 8a-4:30p, Hybrid. RCS Shadeland is homebase but need ability to travel to different regions for training.

This position serves as the subject matter expert for Revenue Cycle Services. Provides leadership across the division in regards to specific education, training, and management of changes related to Revenue Cycle Services requirements or regulation. Serves as a point of escalation for claim related issues and provides independent review and monitoring of aged accounts receivable and direct intervention where appropriate.

Key responsibilities/duties of this role

* Training, education, documentation and automation of all things Financial Counseling.

* No corrective actions for attendance based, timeliness of a trainer is paramount to the success of TM's living our values. The trainer thus should exude and be a role model of our Values.

* Already licensed to be Navigator

* 1 year Experience as Navigator

Other Requirements
* Bachelor?s degree preferred. Requires proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Requires Expert Knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle.

* Requires demonstrated ability to use analytical capabilities and business knowledge to understand complexities of industry and impact to business processes and methods.
