Educator position in Fine Arts in the School of Art. About the ProgramThe Fine Arts program provides a rigorous, experimental, and interdisciplinary environment for undergraduate and graduate students to develop as artists and thinkers. With commitments to studio practice, art history, theory, and professional development, the program emphasizes both disciplinary depth and cross-disciplinary exploration. Students learn by making, engage with cooperative education opportunities, and connect their practice to the wider cultural and social landscape. Job OverviewThe University of Cincinnati?s School of Art seeks applications for an Assistant Professor ? Educator in Fine Arts, intended to begin August 15, 2026. This full-time, non-tenure track position supports the School?s interdisciplinary BFA and MFA programs. We invite artist-educators with active creative works and teaching experience to contribute to undergraduate and graduate studio and seminar courses, curriculum development, and student mentoring.
