We’re seeking a credentialed Special Education Teacher specializing in middle or high school education to join Novella Prep’s Study Skills Program. In this part-time, contract role, you’ll work one-on-one with students virtually to develop core executive functioning and study skills, helping them strengthen focus, organization, time management, and academic confidence. This is an ideal opportunity for a compassionate, skilled educator who enjoys personalized instruction and wants to make a measurable difference in students’ long-term success. Key Responsibilities -
Meet virtually with students weekly to build study skills, executive functioning, time management, planning, and organization. -
Support the development of writing, note-taking, focus strategies, and overall academic enrichment. -
Foster independence, accountability, and confidence in students with diverse learning needs. -
Communicate regularly with parents and Novella Prep staff, providing clear, actionable progress updates. -
Participate in team meetings to share insights, track growth, and identify areas for improvement. -
