| Position Classification FT Administrator Position Summary This position reports to the Dean of the College of Health Professions including the McAuley School of Nursing and School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences and is responsible for the development and implementation of student recruitment, enrollment and competitive marketing plans for undergraduate and graduate programs within CHP. The person in this position will be responsible for interfacing with on and off-campus partners to help the institution meet and exceed enrollment goals, particularly in the College of Health Professions. Minimum Qualifications Education -A Bachelor’s degree. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree. Three to four (3-4) years of experience in higher education recruitment, preferably in the health care sector. Experience Preferred:

Physical Requirements Job may require lifting light weight objects (1 to 10 pounds) with no repetitive bending or stooping. Occasionally lift average weight objects (1 to 10pounds). Work Environment Regular exposure to favorable conditions such as those found in a normal office. Licenses/Certifications A valid driver’s license. Salary/Pay Information Commensurate with experience Anticipated Schedule University Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Flexible hours may be implemented if the position requires night and weekend work and moderate travel throughout the year).
