| Position Overview This position supports the Executive Director of Fiscal Services by integrating financial analysis and library assessment functions. The role monitors and reconciles budgets, extracts and analyzes data from university systems, and develops assessment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of library services. The position also works closely with the Advisor for Strategic Initiatives & Organizational Engagement and other colleagues to lead the design and execution of assessment activities, enabling informed decision-making across KU Libraries.
