Finance Manager, Radiation Oncology

| The Finance Manager, reporting to the Vice President of Radiation Oncology, is responsible for managing finances, overseeing analytics, supporting growth initiatives (including network development) and monitoring staffing levels. This role involves identifying and analyzing business needs and ensuring responsible financial stewardship of operating budgets (including both revenue and expenses) exceeding $250 million. The Finance Manager will translate key business questions into relevant data sets, visualizations, and reports. The Finance Manager defines problems and/or opportunities, assesses their alignment with the Institute's overall strategy, and develops solutions to facilitate change. Located in Boston and the surrounding communities, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is a leader in life changing breakthroughs in cancer research and patient care. This position's work location is fully remote with occasional time on-campus in Boston, MA. The selected candidate may only work remotely from a New England state (ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, RI).

Pay Transparency Statement The hiring range is based on market pay structures, with individual salaries determined by factors such as business needs, market conditions, internal equity, and based on the candidate?s relevant experience, skills and qualifications.
For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)
