About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Wound Care Nurse to join our team. This role focuses on the assessment, planning, and delivery of specialized care for patients with integumentary system disorders, including wounds, pressure injuries, ostomies, and continence issues. The ideal candidate will be a clinical expert who promotes patient safety, satisfaction, and optimal healing outcomes through collaborative, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities:
