| Job Title Property Tax AnalystJob Description Summary The Property Tax Analyst provides analytical and administrative support to the Cushman & Wakefield Property Tax Services team. This role assists in managing property tax assessments and appeals, collecting and analyzing data, preparing client deliverables, and maintaining accurate tracking of filings and deadlines. The position is ideal for a candidate with a foundational understanding of real estate valuation or finance who is eager to grow into a consulting role within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Job Description Key Responsibilities

Career Path This position offers the opportunity to grow into a Senior Property Tax Analyst role through demonstrated technical proficiency, increased client interaction, and deeper involvement in appeal strategy and valuation work. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidateâ™s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
