Job Description Summary
The Compensation & Benefits Business Partner, APAC is an individual contributor with responsibility for supporting the full spectrum of Performance & Reward Programs and delivering effective reward strategies and frameworks across the Asia Pacific region, with a special focus on Singapore & Malaysia markets.
The Compensation & Benefits Business Partner, Asia Pacific is a hands-on strategic role, required to advise, develop and deliver relevant, innovative and consistent performance and total rewards programs, processes and solutions to support the attraction, retention and motivation of an engaged workforce.
The Compensation & Benefits Business Partner will be responsible for developing and leading strategic initiatives which improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Total Reward and Performance frameworks and processes, supporting the enhancement of the Cushman & Wakefield Employee Value Proposition, while also ensuring that the regionâ™s pay and performance practices remain aligned with the Asia Pacific and Global Cushman & Wakefield philosophy and local market strategy. This role will be focused on execution of strategy, key stakeholder management, and working closely with a specialist team of compensation and benefits professionals in the region.
Job Description
Performance & Total Reward Programs:Â
Develop total reward and performance programs which advance the achievement of the total reward strategy across service line and country, ensuring pay and performance practices meet the changing people needs of the business.
Able to design compensation structures and develop competitive pay structures and allowances programs which is aligned to the Global Job Architecture framework
Manage & coordinate the Annual Performance and Compensation Reviews across Asia Pacific
Provide subject matter expertise, guidance and consulting support in relation to performance and total reward best practices to Business Leaders and HRBPs teams as required;
Program Planning & Execution:
Responsible for end-to-end management and implementation, including ensuring the scope of each C&B initiative is delivered in full and on time. Day-to-day project management including monitoring progress, governance, adhering to agreed ways of working, running stakeholder meetings
Stakeholder Management:
Consult, advise and influence senior executives on performance and total reward strategies and solutions that improve and sustain business success and retention of key talent.
Partner and collaborate with senior executive stakeholders, business leaders and HR teams across the organization (both Globally and within the APAC region) to understand their needs, seek buy-in and endorsement of objectives, receive input where required, and keep up to date.
Drive Reward Effectiveness:
Ensure effective employee incentive communications; provide ongoing reward and performance education, including targeted initiatives to improve employee and manager comprehension of variable compensation programs to maximize perceived value.
Conduct compensation and benefits studies and analysis to measure the program's effectiveness.
Specific initiatives this position will require to support: Participate in salary and benefit surveys, analysis of results to calibrate pay bands and to benchmark companyâ™s practices to the market; design and improvement of variable compensation plans (including sales compensation), reviewing and improving policies & processes to support the âœworkplace of the futureâ, as well as conducting other modelling and analysis to support M&A activities or strategic hires.

Experience
Provide demonstrated background experience, minimum amount of education required, legally required qualifications or licenses
10+ years of relevant Human Resources, Compensation, and/or consulting experience.
Experienced Compensation & Benefits professional recognized for accomplishments relating to hiring,
retaining, and developing a highly skilled and diverse people culture. Proven experience managing regional initiatives with a track record of growing functional capabilities.
Bachelorâ™s degree required, MBA or MS degree in business, finance, or human resources preferred.
Progressive hands-on experience in compensation and benefits management, including planning,
administering, researching, and designing.
Hands-on experience translating business requirements into functional solutions. Demonstrated track record of managing large-scale, multinational HR projects, including project solutions, planning, delivery and continuous improvement.
Strong depth in the Asia Pacific region (especially Singapore & Malaysia markets), leading and working across diverse cultures and business environments. Knowledge of the regional regulatory environment and applicable laws affecting reward plans in related countries.
Hands-on experience with WorkDay to manage compensation, performance and reward activities, and working with Excel and a variety of payroll platforms.
A capable and confident communicator and people manager, with strong personal presence. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
Strong data mining, analytical skills, with a high attention to detail and proficiency in use of excel is required.
