Join a thriving, high-tech practice committed to exceptional patient care and professional growth! McDonough Center for Family Dentistry is seeking a motivated General Dentist to join our supportive, multi-specialty team in McDonough, GA.

With at least one year of experience or completion of an AEGD/GPR program, you'll step into a role with clinical autonomy, hands-on mentorship, and all the tools needed to thrive.

About the Practice

• PPO and self-pay only - no Medicaid or HMO
• 28 operatory practice with 2-3 chairs designated for the new doctor
• Supported by 2 Dental Assistants, 1-2 Hygienists, and a Treatment Coordinator
• On-site specialists include Endodontist, Oral Surgeon, and multiple general dentists
• Office Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:00am-6:00pm, Fri 8:00am-4:00pm (early start at 7:00am optional)

Compensation

• Base pay starting at $850/day
• 32-33% of net production

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Georgia dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Minimum 1 year of experience or completion of AEGD or GPR
