• Liaise with Account leads and Ops teamto ensure the information on the invoicing schedule is consistant with invoicing.
• Ensure all the information is in place to enable invoicing before the deadlines.
• Complete webbased invoice request form to create the client billing.
• Monitor and update Client Spend variances.
• Assist Facilities managers analyse spend.
• Help the Billing and Operations Lead on any adhoc requests or reporting.
• Assist with the administration of Client Bank Accounts
• Arrange all the subtenant rent billing and monitor the cash receipts and rent transfers to the client.
• Own end-to-end PO/funding process.
