Aviation Fiscal Program Manager

| Plan and coordinate assigned financial activities and operations within the Aviation Department to include budgeting and development of policy recommendations; perform financial analytical duties in support of capital project budgets, grant administration and financial reporting; consolidate and analyze data for the presentation and monitoring of budgets; maintain accounting records and identify trends that may provide opportunity for improved efficiencies; and administering and controlling assigned budget functions including evaluation and reporting of key performance measures; coordinate assigned activities with other divisions, outside agencies and the general public and provide highly responsible and complex staff assistance to higher level management staff. Coordinate services and activities related to overall city enterprise and capital projects, including revenue estimating, cash flow management, financial reporting and contract and grant preparation; propose solutions to departmental problems. Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities; recommend and implement resulting policies and procedures.

Additional Salary Information: $43.84 - $44.94 Hourly $3,507.20 - $3,595.20 Biweekly $7,598.93 - $7,789.60 Monthly $91,187.20 - $93,475.20 Annually
