| PGY1 Residency | Duke Raleigh Pharmacy Duke Raleigh Hospital, a campus of Duke University Hospital, is excited to offer its PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program (ASHP accredited) for the 2026-2027 year. The Duke Raleigh PGY1 is designed to provide strong clinical pharmacy experience at an acute-care community hospital with exposure to health system pharmacy practice. Graduates will be prepared to excel as inpatient clinical pharmacists, seek pharmacotherapy board certification, and pursue PGY2 residencies if interested. The two Duke Raleigh PGY1 residents will join 10 PGY1 and 14 PGY2 residents across the Duke University Health System. The PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Duke Raleigh equips residents with the knowledge and skills to be successful independent pharmacy practitioners in the inpatient setting.
