This executive leadership role supports the Superintendent and plays a vital role in ensuring the fiscal health, operational excellence, and long-term success of our district.

About the Role

The Assistant Superintendent oversees all district business operations, including:

• Budget development and financial oversight

• Business Services and Fiscal Services departments

• Maintenance, Operations, Transportation, Facilities & Grounds (MOTFG)

• Instructional Technology (IT) and Food Services

• Payroll, purchasing, accounts payable/receivable, and insurance programs

• Bond and facilities projects, new construction, modernization, and deferred maintenance

• Compliance, reporting, and external financial audits

This role serves as a key member of the Superintendent’s Cabinet and works collaboratively with district leadership, site administrators, external agencies, and community partners to support exceptional educational programs through responsible fiscal stewardship and operational leadership.
