Director of Digital Dentistry

| Tufts University School of Dental Medicine is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Director of Digital Dentistry to lead the integration, implementation, and management of digital dental technologies across all clinical and educational platforms. The Director will oversee the development and continuous improvement of digital workflows, manage state-of-the-art digital equipment, and play a key role in shaping curriculum and training programs to ensure students and faculty stay ahead in this rapidly evolving field. Additionally, the Director will be responsible for ensuring that all digital initiatives are aligned with the school's strategic goals and contribute to a sustainable financial model. The Director will also collaborate closely with Materials Management and Clinical Operations to ensure digital dentistry initiatives are supported by appropriate infrastructure, staffing, and procurement processes. Pay Range: Assistant Professor: Minimum $116,000.00, Midpoint $145,000.00, Maximum $174,000.00 Associate Professor: Minimum $135,000.00, Midpoint $180,000.00, Maximum $225,000.00 Please Note: Pay ranges represent full-time 12-month base salaries.
