The Lovett School, an independent K-12 day school in Atlanta, is looking for a Lower School Dean of Students who thrives on building relationships, guiding students toward success, and partnering with faculty and families to foster a strong sense of community. At Lovett, we believe that student growth happens both inside and outside the classroom. As our Dean of Students, you will be a visible, trusted presence throughout the school day, helping implement conduct policies, reinforce behavioral expectations, and guide restorative practices that build accountability and respect.
